RUspeeding LLC - Monthly Car Detailing Service Contract
This agreement (S-_____) is made and entered into on this __the day of __________, 2025, by RUspeeding LLC and the undersigned customer, _______________
By signing below, the Customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Monthly Car Detailing Service Contract.
1. Service Description:
● The service includes 2 Maintenance Detail per month and for a total of $_____ per month.
(This price and service just apply for the _____ car type) The Basic Detail Service includes:
Interior:
○ Deep vacuum cleaning
○ Interior wipe down
○ Dust removal
○ Window cleaning
Exterior:
○ Foam Bath
○ Hand wash
○ Pressure cleaner
○ Tire and wheel detail
○ Tire dressing
The service will automatically renew every month, continuing until canceled by the Customer.
2. Billing and Payment:
● The Customer agrees to pay $_____ per month for the detailing services.
● Payment will be processed automatically via credit card/debit card provided by the Customer at the time of signing.
● Invoice System: The Customer will receive an invoice with the details of the monthly payment due.
The payment is expected within 5 days of the invoice date.
● Late Payment Clause: If payment is not received within 5 days after the invoice due date, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge the Customer using the provided payment method for the outstanding balance.
● After the first 3 months of payment, the Customer will receive a free add-on service of their choice.

3. Add-On Services and Discounts:
● The following add-on services are available for purchase at an additional cost:
○ Small scratch removal
○ Headliner cleaning
○ Scent Bomb
○ Engine bay detail
○ Trim restoration
○ Water spot removal
○ Glass ceramic coating
○ Seat extraction
The Customer will receive 20% off any of the add-on services when enrolled in this plan.
4. Cancellation:
● The Customer may cancel the service at any time by providing a 3-day notice to the Service Provider via email at support@ruspeeding.com or by calling 786-222-7250 or 305-519-0697.
● After cancellation, no further charges will be processed for future months, but the Customer will not be refunded for services already rendered.
● If canceled, the Customer will still be entitled to services for the remainder of the month.
5. Plan Upgrades:
The Customer has the right to upgrade their plan at any time.
The Customer may request a plan upgrade at any time.
Any upgrades will be processed on the following billing cycle.
6. Service Completion and Refund Policy:
● Once the detailing service is completed, the Customer will be given the opportunity to inspect their vehicle to ensure all services were performed to satisfaction.
● Upon agreeing that everything is satisfactory, and once the Customer leaves the premises, there will be no option for refunds or claims for damages.
7. Marketing and Media Consent:
● The Customer grants RUspeeding LLC the right to take pictures and videos of their vehicle for marketing and promotional purposes on social media and other platforms like (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, ect).
● The Customer also agrees to receive messages and emails related to company updates, services, and special offers.
8. Referral Program: The Customer is eligible to participate in the Referral Program and earn rewards for every person they refer to RUspeeding LLC. The rewards are as follows:
● 1 Referral = $10 off your next service!
● 2 Referrals = $20 off your next service!
● 3 Referrals = Maintenance service for FREE!
● 4 Referrals = Get a water spot removal or seat extraction service for FREE!
● 5 Referrals = Enjoy an advanced detail service on us!
Referrals must be verified after the referred person completes their first service for the referring customer to earn their reward.
